Garage Door Maintenance Program
The Overhead Door Company of Norfolk offers a Planned Maintenance Program (PM) for all new and existing customers. Our Planned Maintenance Program allows your company to stay on top of your door's maintenance by fixing small issues before they become large costly problems. We offer yearly or bi-yearly scheduled service visits.
Your PM will begin with a certified service mechanic going over each door, making small repair, and noting large repairs for your company’s budget. After this, you will receive a map of your facility with each door labeled, a specific write up of the status for each door, and projected repairs needed for the coming year. By enrolling in the PM, you are provided a discounted service and parts rate, along with priority scheduling for future service calls.
